About Our Candles

Q: What are your candles made of?
A: Our candles are hand-poured using natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. They are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and eco-friendly.

Q: Are your candles safe for pets?
A: While our ingredients are natural, we always recommend burning candles in well-ventilated spaces and keeping them out of reach of pets.

Q: Why does my candle have frosting or slight imperfections?
A: Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy wax and a sign that it’s truly a natural product. It does not affect the performance of your candle.

Candle Care

Q: How long should I burn my candle?
A: For best results, burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time, and always trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.

Q: How do I prevent tunnelling?
A: Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunnelling.

Q: My candle is smoking – what should I do?
A: This is usually due to a wick that's too long. Extinguish the candle, let it cool, trim the wick, and relight.

Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship across the UK. Stay tuned as we expand to more locations soon!

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns of unused candles within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at support@candlehome.store for assistance.

Q: What if my candle arrives damaged?
A: We're so sorry! Please send a photo of the damaged item to support@candlehome.store within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Custom Orders & Gifts

Q: Do you offer custom candle orders for events or gifts?
A: Absolutely! We’d love to create custom candles for weddings, corporate gifts, or special occasions. Please email us at hello@candlehome.store to discuss your ideas.
